Hola! Because our skin is the largest organ, I like to think of it as a unique fabric holding our being together. Today I want to show you one of my favorite ways to keep it healthy and glowing. Not all beauty rituals are pleasurable from the start, and to be honest this one was a bit uncomfortable for me at first. With practice, my body adjusted to dry brushing, so give yourself some time when starting a new beauty ritual. 

What is Dry Brushing?

Garshana (gar-shun-uh): friction by rubbing, aka dry brushing. Rooted in the ancient practice of Ayurveda, dry brushing has long been a ritual to detoxify and stimulate the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system carries fluid with white-blood cells which work hard to fight off infections. By stimulating the system, you allow your body to get rid of any unwanted toxins.
