  • 6 c water
  • 1 chunk fresh ginger {approximately 5-6" in length}
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

Add the ingredients to boiling water and reduce heat to a simmer. Keep the simmer for about 10 minutes, then strain the mixture. You can enjoy it hot or store it in a glass container in the fridge for a refreshing, cool beverage all season long.
