Position: Sales Representative
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative focusing on FAIRE.com, you will lead La.BOTANICA’s efforts to connect with boutique buyers and grow our brand’s presence on this critical platform. Your work will center around expanding wholesale accounts, driving repeat orders, and optimizing our FAIRE.com profile to capture boutique interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- FAIRE.com Outreach: Proactively connect with boutique owners through the FAIRE.com platform, presenting La.BOTANICA’s product benefits and engaging with potential retail partners.
- Account Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique buyers, ensuring consistent reorders and driving customer loyalty through personalized outreach and timely follow-ups.
- Campaign Development: Create email and promotional campaigns to boost La.BOTANICA’s visibility and engagement on FAIRE.com, driving interest and sales growth among retail accounts.
- Relationship Builder
- CRM & Data Management: Track communication, reorder activity, and customer interactions using CRM tools, ensuring all touchpoints are well-documented.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally with FAIRE.com or other wholesale platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems.

You’ll collaborate on strategies to grow our online following, leverage influencer partnerships, and keep our brand voice consistent across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop and execute a detailed social media calendar, creating images, reels, and posts that align with our brand’s voice and highlight our plant-powered beauty products.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community through email campaigns, live sales events, and interactive content that boosts audience engagement.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage micro-influencers to create partnerships that amplify brand reach and generate authentic content.
- Content Repurposing: Transform existing content such as blogs and newsletters into engaging social stories and visuals that maintain a cohesive digital presence.
- Workshop Development: Plan and produce quarterly workshops with educational content tied to LaB.OTANICA’s core values.

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
