Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Overview / Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are the complete agreement between La Botanica Plant Magic & HypnoSister.co (“we”/“us”) and the retreat participant (“you”). By booking a retreat, you agree to these terms, including our cancellation policy, payment schedule, and limitations of liability.

2. Booking & Payments

• A Non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure your spot on the first point.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the retreat start date.
• Bookings made within 45 days of the retreat require full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via major credit cards or approved third-party providers (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal).
• All payments, including deposits and balances, are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellation by Guest

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, and staff, all deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason — including illness, travel delays, transportation issues, or force majeure events.

We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. Cancellation by Organizer

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Force majeure refers to any unusual or unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, quarantines, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flooding, resort or transportation closures, and governmental restrictions.

If we must cancel, your payment will be transferred to a future retreat within one calendar year. No refunds will be provided. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as flights, visas, or other travel expenses.

5. Travel Requirements & Documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (valid at least six months beyond your return date) and obtaining any required visas, permits, or certificates.

6. Travel & Health Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) protection. This is the best safeguard against illness, emergencies, or unexpected travel disruptions.

7. Health & Fitness Requirements

You are responsible for assessing whether you are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities. Please notify us of any medical conditions or concerns before booking.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By booking, you acknowledge that retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, environmental conditions, and travel logistics. You voluntarily assume all risks and release LaB.OTANICA Plant Magic, Meleesa Luna Enterprises, and Hypnosister from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.

9. Safety & Conduct

You agree to follow all instructions from retreat leaders and respect other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk, violates community agreements, or disrupts the retreat experience, without refund.

10. Independent Contractors

Some services (such as accommodations, transportation, and excursions) are provided by independent third parties. While we choose trusted partners, we are not responsible for the performance of these third-party services.

11. Photos, Video & Content Use

By attending, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, unless you provide a written request to opt out prior to the retreat.

12. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the retreat schedule, activities, or location due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the retreat is held. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will apply to all bookings.
