Why Fat is Our Friend

At LAB.OTANICA, we use avocado oil in our Ceremonial Body Elixir to help hydrate and nourish your skin. This week, we want to share with you the beauty and health benefits of avocado oil and my favorite way of preparing guacamole!

Avocado is a great source of healthy fat, and it’s a very popular food item for a good reason. At 10g of fiber per cup, avocado aids digestion and helps you feeling satiated after meals. It is made up of essential fatty acids that regenerate your skin by boosting collagen production and helping reduce inflammation. Its high content of Biotin, Vitamins E and C help moisturize, protect and heal your largest organ.

At LAB.OTANICA, we are on a mission to provide you with the highest vibrational products to nurture your body. Our products are specially formulated with carefully selected organic, high quality botanical ingredients with powerful benefits. We hand-craft each product in small batches to ensure the quality and potency. We can’t wait for you to try our Ceremonial Body Elixir and feel the replenishment your skin is craving.
