IT'S A RETURN

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THE JUNGLE

Root to Bloom is your invitation to remember that you deserve to be rooted and grounded at the center of your own life.

Nestled in the lush Nosara jungle, this eco-luxury retreat is designed to restore your body, mind, and soul through the sacred art of wild feminine renewal.

Over seven days, we’ll weave rest, ritual, and sisterhood into a journey that grounds, nourishes, and expands you.

This is your time to soften, to receive, and to bloom.

WHY NOSARA

Our sanctuary, Tierra Encantada, rests atop a lush mountain with sweeping ocean views, in one of the world’s five Blue Zones — rare places where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives

Here, life moves to the rhythm of nature. Mornings open with the calls of tropical birds, afternoons glow with golden light through the trees, and nights are draped in starlight.

It’s a place where your nervous system exhales, your body remembers ease, and your spirit feels held by the land itself.

7 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Root to Bloom retreat blends intentional workshops, restorative practices, and soul-nourishing connection with the natural magic of Costa Rica’s Blue Zone.

Expect a week where your days flow between wellness rituals, playful exploration, and quiet moments of reflection — all in the embrace of Nosara’s lush jungle and nearby pristine beaches.

You might begin your morning with meditation and movement, then take a short scenic drive to the beach for an ocean ceremony, create a beauty ritual from fresh botanicals, or share stories with like-hearted women over nourishing meals.

Evenings might bring the warmth of a firelit circle, the sound of waves during a beachfront celebration dinner, or the stillness of stargazing from the mountaintop.

Each retreat is uniquely shaped by the land, the women who gather, and the energy we co-create together.

While the full itinerary is shared with attendees, know this: You’ll be nourished, expanded, and deeply inspired — inside and out.
