WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THE DESERT
Desert Rose is your invitation to come back to play
This is not just a wellness retreat. It is a ritual in remembering. Through movement, breath, sound, and beauty rituals, we invite you back into your body — back to the version of you who moves freely, laughs loudly, dances barefoot, and takes up space unapologetically.Autumn = the veil is thinning, the season is shifting, and the holidays are right around the corner. Before the calendar fills up and your energy gets poured into everyone else, this is your weekend to fill your own cup first.
Set against the wide-open stillness of the Palm Springs desert, this retreat is designed to wake up your wild feminine through movement, breath, adventure, and sisterhood — so you can walk into the next season feeling grounded, recharged, and lit from within.
Over four days, we'll weave in nature, floating soundbaths, breathwork, beauty rituals, and a whole lot of dancing into a weekend that grounds you in your body and reconnects you to your aliveness. This is your time to play, to feel, and to bloom — wild, feminine, and unapologetic, right before the season turns.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Desert Rose blends adventure, ritual, and play with the wide-open beauty of the Palm Springs desert.
Expect days that move between sweat and stillness — a morning hike followed by an afternoon of beauty rituals and a floating soundbath, breathwork that opens your chest, and evenings that bring fire, fun, and dancing under the stars.
You'll arrive Thursday evening into an opening circle and welcome dinner before the desert night calls you into a fire release ceremony.
Friday moves at the rhythm of hike, rest, beauty ritual, and a floating soundbath to close the day.
Saturday goes deeper — morning movement, breathwork, integration time, and a silent disco that brings out the wild in everyone.
Sunday closes soft, with a final circle before you head home.
Each retreat is uniquely shaped by the women who show up and the energy we create together — but know this: you'll move, you'll feel, you'll laugh, and you'll leave lighter than you came.
YOU'LL LEAVE FEELING:
- More regulated in your nervous system
- More connected to your body
- More playful and creatively expressed
- Lighter emotionally
- More alive in your beauty and self-expression
- Connected to a circle of women who truly see you
WHY PALM SPRINGS
There's a reason the desert has called creatives, artists, and wild women for generations. Out here, the noise falls away. The horizon stretches wide. The stars come out in full force.
Late October in Palm Springs is the desert at its sweetest — the summer heat has broken, the nights are cool and clear, and the energy feels charged with that end-of-October magic. It's equal parts adventure and stillness, glamour and grit. It's a place that gives you permission to be fully yourself: to hike at sunrise, dance under the stars, and do absolutely nothing in between.
This is where your nervous system softens, your body remembers how to move for joy instead of performance, and your spirit gets to play — before the holiday season asks you to give, give, give.
