Initial Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 USD is required to secure your spot. All subsequent payments are also 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Due to advance commitments, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment.
• Organizer Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, your payment will be credited towards a future retreat within 18 months.

Liability & Risk

Participation is at your own risk. You agree to release the organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
